JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective:
Accountable for preparing and reviewing consumer loan documentation and for identifying exceptions. The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer.
Performance Objectives:
Compliance with bank policies and procedures related to assigned duties.
Treat every customer with the highest level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
Completion of all required internal training programs.
Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Work closely with our Central Underwriting Department and branch lenders to coordinate the scheduling of consumer loan closing appointments.
Import application data from Mortgagebot LOS into LaserPro and data enter the additional information necessary to produce the appropriate closing documents.
Ensure documents are prepared in accordance with the approved underwriting.
Deliver closing disclosures when necessary, either electronically to the borrower or via remote print to the branch lender for customer pick up.
Remotely print all closing documents to the appropriate branch lender in time for scheduled appointments with their customer.
Complete worksheets necessary to assist the Data Entry Clerk in the boarding of the account into our host system.
Assemble loan files in accordance with the Banks Credit Policy Manual inserting bar codes in preparation for imaging to the Banks imaging software.
Other Duties:
Cross training with other members of the department to assist with their duties during absences.
Perform specific projects as assigned.
Address customer inquires.
Assist in balancing duties
Scan completed files to AccuSystem.
Assist with phone inquirees from internal & external individuals.
Other duties as assigned by management to assist in the efficient functioning of the department.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Some flexibility in hours is necessary based on the location assignments, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Travel:
Travel for this position is limited to travel for meetings/training or helping other locations with staffing needs.
Required Education and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Generally, less than two years of banking or related experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Strong clerical skills, good communication skills and professional appearance are necessary for this position. Proficiency with a computer, adding machine, copier, fax machine, and other office equipment are required. The ability to learn Premier, AccuSystems and LaserPro systems.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
