Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Conduct research on potential candidates and market trends - Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes - Support training and development initiatives for new hires - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system - Assist with employee relations activities and maintain positive relationships with current employees - Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
